Yaksha Disguise ~ Ultimate Combo Card ~

Summary: The limit is your imagination.  The use of this card totally depends what you can come up with.  I must say this is the card that has such a great potential.

Comment: One example that Asahara gave on EOJ Connection is with the Dragon Deck.  Summon a cheap creature on the board.  Discard a Dragon, and make the cheap creature on the board to be Dragon race.  Now use Aluhjan Regeneration to summon the Dragon back for total of only 4 mana or use Ninja Fate Enhancer to summon a dragon from library for free.  Oh don’t forget to turn your Venoan Undertaker to make sure you have dragon on top!

    Aluhjan Regeneration has nothing to do with Race since you need a card of the same element for it to work not the same race, though I can imagine this card having a huge impact on the Lizards.

    Naone – I think you’ve missed the point cuz you’ve come to the same initial conclusion that I did…

    They’re not suggesting that you use the spell to summon a dragon based on it’s race…

    They’re saying that by playing the above spell – you’re throwing a dragon in to the graveyard – and then, you can use the regeneration spell to summon that dragon from the graveyard.

    Quite a few cards in Set 3 have abilities based on creatures in the graveyard – so cheap spells to throw just one card in to the grave could come in quite handy.

    You are right. Regeneration is not based on Race.

    Thanks for clarifying for us, I myself got a bit confused after reading Regeneration description.

    Now I have edited my comment section to include all the word Asahara said plus a couple words I added myself to make a bit more sense.

    This card is awesome! The possiblities are almost limitless. I don’t like the above example of a possible way to use this card. Just seems wasteful to use all those cards to summon a dragon when the same could be accomplished with a mimic.

    I’ve been trying to put together a good church of parmus deck but have been unsuccessful to date. Maybe this card could change that.

    @anonymous… This card would not help with church of parmus deck as that is an affiliation and not a race. It will help with elf, lizard, and dwarf decks.

    It’s basically the first spell I like so far. Would fit very nicely in two of my decks. Will need experimenting for sure, but it does have a lot of potential in my eyes.

    Sadly, we really need more CloudRunners (other drawing spells are not really a solution)

    @Matthew

    Yes you’re right thanks 😀
    I didn’t think of it that way but now my Dragon deck is even closer to completion 🙂

    The few cards we know about that work when a certain God is in the graveyard could find this card handy too… although really, if you’re going to use a spell to throw a God in to the grave, Mesmer’s Lapse would be a more useful choice in most circumstances, certainly online.
