Partmole Gatekeeper ~ This is fire way of counter 1st turn skip ~

Summary: 1 mana costing Fire creature that can be used against 1st player skipping his first turn.

Comment: The biggest question I have here is based on its attack pattern, will Front considered as both Up & Right? Or only one direction.  If it is considered as Both up & right, skipping first turn can definitely be countered by this creature.  Placing him on Field 7 would make F1,4,8,9 unplayable unless opponent waste 1 mana and not only so but they will get countered.  If it’s only 1 direction, they I must say this creature is not so useful.

  1. i think the affect works only in one direction, but still not bad for 1 mana

This card is amazing. I’m actually going to assume that “in front of” is in both directions. It’s an excellent first turn corner play as it basically forces your opponent to be mana inefficient or play on a suboptimal edge square on the top or right, or play on the upper right wood field that everyone hates. Additionally, it’s useful later on to damage creatures on water fields at a highly efficient 2 damage for 1 mana. If you get lucky and the board is set up right, you’re getting 4 total damage for 1 mana. There are six different combinations of opponent creature setups that would let you do this. Heck, even if you can’t hit something on a water field, you can get 1 damage to two different creatures. for 1 mana. 1 mana people! The red version of Verzar Swordsman from an offensive efficiency standpoint.

A nasty first card to play, it’s nice to see the player 1 skipping a turn is getting addressed…
I like this one a lot!
