Didi also got a hit.

Summary: At this point even if you can’t read a Japanese, you can start guessing as long as you have been playing EOJ long enough which card has been modified.  Because essentially all the cards that you felt is overpowered or way too better than others are getting fixed.

Didi is no exception.  Definitely one of the best Hero card, though personally didn’t think he is overpowered

His new stat will be

Race – Hero
Affiliation – Cai-Shae

– Didi attacks the same target twice.  The target’s counteratack occurs after the second attack.
– Didi adds 1 to his Attack if the target creature is on a Fire field.
– While Didi is on the board, no fire field can be fieldquaked or exchanged.

(A) N (C) N (B) S

Comment: So overall reduction of HP by 1 point.  Hard to say if this would be a significant change, but the fact Sony has decided to make this (for me) saddle change, it’s yet another proof that Sony might have really looked into hard for the actual game balance. Or perhaps they are just messing around..

I think Sony looked at the popular cards and took something away from each. Cards popular in speed decks, CoP decks, and library defeat decks all have been weakened to some degree. Sony has taken the three most popular decks in the meta game and weakened each. I guess Sony is thinking that weakening the popular cards will lead to the lesser cards becoming more popular. It’s a logical assumption, but nly play testing will determine how it all plays out.

@ Drizzle, that is honestly what i believe as well. I don’t know how the end results will be, either it’s going to work out great or the game will be grossly unplayable.
