Summary: Special thanks to LaTen & FilliamHMuffman for the information. Here is a card to perhaps make Dragon deck finally a possible competitive deck.

Comment: At a quick glance, this cards definitely seem to have a potential of being a savior of true Dragon Deck. Summoning cost of 2 makes this card really easy to use. Summoning cost reduction of 1 doesn’t seem much considering the cost of Big dragons, but when they are on the board with their corresponding field element it is almost a guarantee to stay for several turns. So this should not easily be achieved; otherwise, it can easily be balance breaker. On the other hand, Summoning this once allows next cost of himself be only 1 to summon. And remember the Set.3 4 mana costing Dragons has Dragon Innovation abilities. So you can perhaps combo with their ability to summon Big dragons.
