Saint Til Vorg

Summary: Of all Saint, I belive Saint Til Vorg has the best potential.

Saint Til Vorg

Race – Saint
Affiliation – Til Vorg

– Saint Til Vorg can only be summoned if 2 or more Wood creatures are on the board.
– Wood Incarnation
– Magic Attack all non-Wood enemy creatures.
– While Saint Til Vorg is on a non-Biolith field, each time enemy creature is destroyed the opponent’s player must discard a card.
– When Wood Noble is in the player’s graveyard, all other allied Wood creatures acquire fieldmorph.

(A) Magic All (C) None (B) S

Comment: Wood deck equals to the discard deck.  This has always been a theme of the deck ever since the Set.1.  Adding yet another card with such ability definitely makes the theme stronger.  Is this the addition strong enough to make the discard deck truly competitive enough?  Again, only time will tell.

um get him on the board and your opp will be top decking in a matter of a few turns… So yah top tier her I come 😉

  2. these nobles have the potential to really change the balance but still alone they are pretty much redundant unless the other cards to support them are good enough …

Nice one. Marshal Akhum FTW! hehe
These saints look a bit like a mix between Set 3 Nobles and Dragons. Mono-element decks are definitely going to get stronger.
Wish all these cards would come to ps3…

I see a struggle coming up: Earth vs. wood. Marshal Akhum is indeed a good counter to this beast, but relying on him is too situational.

A wood deck with this saint, the Pope queen, Vulitra and Lusirion + some cheap elves will probably be quite competitive.

I wonder how many of the new cards (if any) had already been developed for a possible 4th set of EOJ PS3 cards. The saints cards in particular. The game as it was developing on PS3 seemed to be moving towards a stronger uni-deck ability with every new set released. I would definitely look to use this card.

  6. I also hope for a 4th set, but let’s be realistic.
They have made too many changes to the cards in the PSP version. I do not think it is applicable to the current version of the ps3 game, not be excluded, however, a possible EoJ 2…..

The changes made are pure game mechanic and would fit into a 10k text file if necessary. Neither the graphics, nor the card recognition has changed, so the number of changes is for sure not the reason not to update.

I guess though that changing every other card will cause a major chaos when it comes to the fact that one cannot trust the printed information anymore. That is the real problem here.
