Expansions Already Promised on its Way

Summary: It looks like EOJ Legend is already promised to have further expansion after its release.

The price and date is still to be determined, but the digital instruction on the EOJ Legend demo list following expansions on its way.

Expansion 1  5 cards set including Ninja Master Hanzo
Expansion 2 5 cards set including Son of Death
Expansion 3 5 cards set including Black Chief Iana Reed

Though there is no guarantee, I believe these are addition to the 30 new cards that to be added to EOJ Legend.  I’m still not sure charging money for just digital copy of cards, but nonetheless, more cards planned for future is always good news for TCG.  Though it is stated as expansion, there is also wording “booster pack” so not sure if these will be random assortment vs. fixed set of 5 cards.

  1. 5 cards expansions? I think that 5 cards are few to be considered an expansion…

  2. It’s very easy for them to distribute new cards and making money that way. So I think those three won’t be the last.

I agree. 5 seems too few. But I personally like to see more frequent expansion with less cards than it was with PS3. 100+ cards every 6 months seems a bit slow. May be something like 20 cards every other months followed by larger expansion of 50-60 cards every 6-9 months would be ideal. (Note this would still be equal to 100+ card every 6 months) This way I feel like there is time and budget to collect cards but also at the same time, the frequent expansion keeps the game fresh.
