Summary: According to the PS3 Trophies site, you need to win total of 100 games either online or offline.
Countless duels” is a total of 100 wins, either in online play vs other players or offline play vs the computer. The easiest way to get this is to play vs computer, and pick starter deck for him. To do all the other trophies you get 37 wins or more, so i would advise to get theese trophies first then go for this one.

I have a problem with trophies. I unlocked set 1 decks before trophies appears. even after the SET 3 update, it is impossible for me to get the (5) first trophies as the computer only offer me the SET 1 challenge trophies.
What can i do to get the first and easiest trophies????
I think you can simply do the set 1 again, and as long as you win, you will unlock the trophy. But the best thing is that, if you win, AND meet the challenge as well, you will get TWO trophy for it.
So I suggest that you go for the set 1 challenges. If you miss them, you can still get the set 1 troply. And if you do, you get a nice bonus. (I got many double trophies that way since I had already done all those prior to the trophy release.

Got the gold and platinum. 100 games online or offline sound about right. And no, I didn’t cheat. Just gave it a go tonight, at about 8 minutes per games offline with a speed deck.
I cheated… The challenges would be pretty darn lucky to get withouut cheating… Before the update for trophies did it count the wins so you wouldn’t have to do 100 wins again?
and any tips to complete the biolith challenge set 1 trophy? I dont know how to even get 5 biolith spots let alone winning too
